Brown County is located in northeastern near the I-29 corridor states of Nebraska,
Missouri, and Iowa. It is
home to ten incorporated cities, with a combined population of over 10,000. The area contains a mixture of scenic wildlife
and vibrant industry.
Brown County features favorable tax rates with building
incentives for businesses
and homeowners that locate in the county. For industries, most of
Brown County
has an abundant water supply with an accessible labor force. Three American Indian
tribes are located with Brown County, the Sac and Fox, the Kickapoo and the
Iowa. The three tribes each have a casino in the county that attract visitors from hundreds of miles away. No
